What should I wear? +
Formal attire is requested, so break out your best outfit and come ready to celebrate in style!
There will be a bit of a “Catholic gap” between the ceremony and reception, giving guests time to relax, refresh, or even do an outfit change before the evening festivities.
We kindly ask that attire remain formal throughout the celebration.
Where should I stay? +
Guests are welcome to stay anywhere in San Francisco — the city is only 7x7 miles, making it relatively easy to get around by car, rideshare, or public transit.
If you’d like to stay closer to the ceremony at San Francisco City Hall, we recommend looking in Civic Center, Hayes Valley, Union Square, or Nob Hill.
If you’d prefer to stay closer to the reception at Presidio Golf Course, consider the Presidio, Marina / Cow Hollow, or Fisherman’s Wharf areas.
For guests interested in staying where we’ll be staying, we’ll be at the Fairmont San Francisco.
Some of our favorite San Francisco hotels include the Fairmont San Francisco, Palace Hotel, InterContinental Mark Hopkins, and Inn at the Presidio.
Is there parking at the venues? +
San Francisco City Hall has limited street parking nearby, along with several public parking garages within walking distance. We recommend arriving early, using rideshare, or taking public transportation when possible.
The reception venue at Presidio Golf Course does have an on-site parking lot available for guests. However, if you plan on enjoying cocktails and celebrating throughout the evening, we encourage using rideshare or arranging transportation accommodations accordingly.

Plus-ones are indicated on your invitation. If you're unsure, please reach out to us directly and we'll clarify!
Will there be vegetarian/vegan options? +
Absolutely! Please let us know about any allergies or dietary needs in your RSVP and we'll make sure you're taken care of.
What's the weather like in November? +
San Francisco weather can be a bit unpredictable thanks to the city’s famous microclimates — one neighborhood can be sunny while another is chilly and foggy just a few miles away.
November temperatures are typically around 55–65°F, with possible fog, wind, or sunshine depending on the time and location. We recommend dressing in layers and bringing a jacket or coat that can easily come on or off throughout the day.
For example, it may feel sunny and mild during the ceremony at City Hall, while the evening reception in the Presidio could be cooler, windier, and more classic “San Francisco.”
Can I take photos during the ceremony? +

Is the wedding kid-friendly? +
As much as we adore your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration. Think of it as a glorious night off — your kids will forgive you.
